General information about our tours
THAILAND: All our Thailand tours starts with an arrival date. You can arrive at the tour destination at any time this day before 14:00 (2 PM), and we ride out at 08:00 on the morning after the tour start date. All tours ends on the last riding day around 14:00 (2 PM).
Deposits on the bikes: In Thailand, we need your passport as a deposit for the bike damage purposes. But don`t worry, as we will take good care of it for you and you will get a copy with you just in case.
Airport transfers: In Chiang Mai, Thailand the best is to get to the tour start hotel by taxi. In Chiang Mai there are taxis just outside the door if you take a left when entering the arrival hall. Price to your hotel will be around 5 USD.
VIETNAM AND PHILIPPINES: All tours starts with an arrival date. You can arrive at the tour destination at any time this day before 14:00 (2 PM), and we ride out at 08:00 on the morning after the tour start date. All tours ends after the breakfast on the day after you get back, and you can depart back to your home country or other destinations at any time after that. We are back in the same place and same hotel as the tour started in the afternoon of the day before the tour end date.
Deposits on the bikes: In Vietnam and the Philippines, the deposit on your bike is 340 USD, but it can be paid in your local currency, and you will get it back in the same currency as paid.
Airport transfers: In Vietnam, Hanoi, we will pick you up at the airport without extra cost. In Manila, Philippines, the best is to get to the tour start hotel by taxi. There are many options, but get a verified fixed price before taking the taxi, as some tend to over-price a bit. Mostly you will get it for 1000 Peso = 16 USD.
ALL TOURS:
Please bring your own riding gear such as helmet, jacket, pants, gloves and boots. There are no restrictions on the riding gear, but we we recommend light mesh-type clother and a full face helmet. No helmet communications are mandatory.
It will be good if you have data and whatsapp installed on your phone. We will create chat goups on whatsapp on each tour, where we post info during the tour. We will also post our group photos and we can share our own photos there.
All our bikes are equipped with top-boxes and standard phone holders. No charging possiblilies are available on the bikes, but a power bank will keep you charged if you bring that, and if you wish to use your phone or map while riding. This is optional and not necessary.

All tour prices is for rider in a single room, and sharing a room if there is a pillion present only. If a couple is both riders and whants to share a room, we offer a discount.
Payments and booking: You will not be able to lock your spot on the tour before a deposit is paid. The tours are a first come – first serve policy, and upon booking you secure your spot with a 10% deposit of the tour price. This deposit is partly refundable until 3 months prior to the tour, and after that, it is non refundable. The rest of the tour is due 10 weeks prior to the tour start and is non-refundable after this. If you need to cancel more than 3 months prior to your tour, you will get a 75% refund on your deposit. If you cancel your tour between 3 months and 10 weeks prior to the tour, the deposit will not be refundable. If you havent paid the rest payment in time, your tour might be cancelled and no deposit refunded. If you cancel your tour after the rest payment is made, you need to contact your travel insurance for refunds, as the tour is then non-refundable with us.
